Steps

Heat oil in a pan

Add cumin seeds

Add chopped pointed gourds and fry it and remove it from flame

Heat oil in pressure cooker

Add Rye, cumin seeds and kasoori methi

Add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and fry it till golden brown

Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt, garam masala and fry for 4 min

Add peanut powder and fried pointed gourds and mix it well

Add 3 cups water and steam it for 15 min

Turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves

Serve it hot with chapati
