Ingredients

  • 1french loaf
  • 5 largeeggs
  • 2spring onions, sliced
  • 200 gramsbacon, fried and chopped
  • 1 cupmozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cupcheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 190°C

  2. 2

    Cut the french loaf in half. Make 2 cuts in the french loaf about 2 centimetres apart. Then remove the centre part

    Mix together all the ingredients.

  4. 4

    Spoon the mixture into the french loaf.

    Bake in oven for 25 minutes.

I made this meal and it was super easy to make and absolutely delicious! I love how the egg soaks into the bread and made it just increase the overall taste!
