Remove all the stem from palak take only the leaves. Wash it very well and let it to dry.

There should not be any traces of water left in the leaves of palak. It should be completely dried. Now chop the leaves finely.

Now heat the oil in a pan (kadai). Add a portion of palak in to the well heated oil and fry it to be crispy. Similarly fry rest of the chopped leaves. Soak the extra oil by paper towel.

Transfer into a serving dish and garnish with roasted sesame seeds, red chilli flakes, sugar powder and salt.
