Firstly take a bowl add semolina and curd mix it and add the salt too.and again mix it well. Keep a side.

Heat a pan on medium flame add 2 tsp oil and add the carom seeds sprincals add the chopped onion and green chillies and curry patta soute it well off the flame. Now cool it.

Now this mixture add semolina batter and add some baking soda mix it well.

Some water in steam cooker heat on flame.

Now mini idli moulds fill with that batter and put in steam cooker and covered it

After 7-8 mins check it with tooth pick now it clear then it's cook.

Cool it then take out the stand and serve with chutney and souce.
