  1. 1कटोरी चावल
  2. केसर
  3. 1कटोरी चीनी पीसी हुई
  4. 1लिटर दूध
  5. इलायची पाउडर
  6. बादाम काजू की कतरण

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले चावल भिगो दे केसर भी भिगो दे. एक तपेली मे दूध उबाले दूध उबले तब उसमें चावल ओर केसर डाले. चावल पक जाये तब उसमे चीनी पाउडर ओर काजू बादाम डाले ओर जब तक गाढा हो तब तक उबाले. सीम गैस पर. फिर गैस बंद करे.
