Ingredients

500 gmcurd
1/2 bowl boondi
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
as neededsn oil

Steps

Take curd in a bowl & beat it. Mix salt in it.

Keep boondi in water for 10 minutes.... It become soft...(We can add boondi directly to the curd)

Take oil in ladle and cracle cumin seeds...condiment.

Mix boondi now.

Boondi raita is ready....
