Ingredients

  1. 300 gmmeat
  2. 2medium sized onions diced
  3. 3tomatoes chopped
  4. 1capsicum (hoho) chopped
  5. 3 clovesgarlic
  6. 1small piece of ginger
  7. Cooking oil
  8. 1/2 (1 teaspoon)Curry powder
  9. 1 pinchtumeric
  10. Mint
  11. Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Mash the garlic and ginger and add it to your meat. Place it on a pan (karai ya chapati) and cook it on low heat.

  2. 2

Once you notice that the meat is almost dry add a little oil. You can opt to cook your meal without any oil. Add in the curry powder.

  3. 3

After a minute or two add all your vegetables to the meat and cover it. Let it cook on low heat.

  4. 4

When the food is almost ready, add the spices and some salt.

  5. 5

If you like dry food you can let the spices seep in for around 5 minutes and then serve. I added half a cup of water so as to give it some gravy

  6. 6

Enjoy with either rice, ugali or chapati.
