Instant Dhokla

Take a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients of Dhokla except eno

According add water and make a thick batter like dosa batter

Now put some water in a streamer and let it the water boil. Put a stand in it

Grease the tin in which you are going to make dhokla

Now add eno to the batter. Gently mix the batter and transfer it to the grease tin

Tap the tin twice

Put the tin to the streamer and cover it. Cook fir 15 min on high flame

After 15 min check the dhokla with a knife. If come clean turn off the flame

Let it cool for 10 minute. Then take out from tin

Prepare the tadka

Put the tadka over the dhokla

Cut the dhokla. Serve it with green chilli and tomato sauce
