Knead the flour with salt and oil and rest for one hour

Now heat oil add boiled daal,mash and add cumin powder asafoetida,salt and sugar,mix it well.

Take small portion of the dough and fill in with the mixture

Roll it into round shape,deep fry

In another pan heat oil add Cumin seeds,bay leaf and red chilli

Now add onion saute for a while

Add ginger garlic paste chilli powder salt and turmeric powder saute well

Add cumin and coriander powder and combine well adding potato cubes

As the Potatoes get soft add chana mix well adding chana masala powder and sugar

Serve kachori with this ghoogni
