This is a Semolina soft pan fried flat bread. It's melt in mouth dish , which tastes best with butter cheese and jam
Steps

In a bowl, mix semolina, sugar and baking powder
- 2
Add butter and mix until entire mixture is crumbly
- 3
Add milk and knead into smooth soft dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes

Heat tawa or non stick pan. Make lemon sized ball from the dough

Flatten balls on skillet like a pancake. Cook on both sides until golden brown

Serve warm with butter, cheese and jam
