Cut onion, tomato,capsicum in small pieces

Cut green chilli, garlic and ginger

In a pan heat oil add kalonji, green chilli, garlic and ginger, saute it, add onion cook for 1 minute add dry spices and cook 5 minutes on medium flame.

Add tomato mix well and cook until oil starts separate, add salt mix well

In a microwave proof dish pour this masala and make flat base

Make tiny hols and crack eggs one by one.

Preheat oven on 180℃ for 10 minutes, put the dish in oven cook for 20 minutes,

Take out the dish and sprinkle grated cheese and capsicum, cook for another 5 minutes or eggs cook properly.

Microwave for 2-3 minutes
