
Crispy Kachori with aloo sabzi
Steps

Add fennel powder,salt and red chilli powder in a mixing bowl,mix it well,make poori with the dough fill this masala and deep fried the kachori on low flame till golden in colour.

Cut aloo with the skin,

Heat oil in a cooker,add jeera and all spices and saute now add cut aloo and some water.

Close the lid and take 2-3 vessels.

Serve with crispy kachori.
