Ingredients

  1. 1 ltr buttermilk
  2. 3-4 tspbesan
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. 1 cupraita boondi
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tspmethi dana
  9. pinchhing
  10. as neededoil
  11. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a heavy bottam wok add methi daana and hing roast it.

  2. 2

    Now add all masale and saute it add buttermilk,besan and water.

  3. 3

    Cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add boondi and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve with roti.
