Ingredients

  • 4boiled eggs
  • 1 bowltomato puree
  • 1/2 bowlonion paste
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspgreen coriander
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add onion paste and saute it

  2. 2

    Add tomato puree and masala saute till leave the oil

  3. 3

    Now add water and boiled eggs cook on slow flame for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve with roti /rice
