Ingredients

  • Fairly ripe plantain
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel plantain and slice very thin.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle some salt (for taste)

  3. 3

    Fry in deep hot vegetable oil until crispy and gold brown.

  4. 4

    Note: decrease heat while frying so that the chips is crispy and doesn't get burnt.

  5. 5

    Your plantain chips is ready.
