Clean all veg and cut middle of veg potato. And ratalu cut sweet potato in big piece for masala all green masala ubadiya masala garam masala mix it in big bowl nall veg papdi (spoon Katargam papdi black papdi tuver) mix with masala and transfer in Mitti ka matka then cover with dough of wheat or any green leaves now keep on heat and cook. For one nhour and see ubadiya is ready serve with green spycy chatny and masala buttermilk
