Boil the milk until it becomes thick and creamy.

Now make a fine paste of soaked rice and add that in the milk. Then stir it continuously to avoid lumps.

Then make a fine paste of cashews and add that to the boiling milk and stir it well.

After few minutes, add the khowa and stir it again.

Now add sugar and stir it until it thickens.

Now pour it in a bowl and leave it until it sets properly. Then garnish it with raisins and fresh rose petals (Optional)

Now the delicious Phirni is ready to served
