Soak the almonds in a bowl filled with hot water for 10-15 minutes later peel thinly slice them as well as chop the cashews stone grind the green cardamom seeds.

Start with simiring the milk in a vessel untill the milk reduces to half of it's quantity.

Roast the Apple in another pan by stirring rigorously untill colour changes slightly at the sugar and again cook when sugar dissolves completely.

Apple and sugar turn golden brown turn of the flame and by the time milk will be reduced as well add the Apple mixture in the milk followed by raisins cashews some almonds while stirring the milk constantly after a while turn of the flame and mix crushed green cardamom in the kheer.

Garnish Apple kheer with almonds and serve warm and chilled.
