  • 1/2 kgliver
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1green pepper
  • Oil
  • 2 cupsHot water

    Put your liver in a pan

  2. 2

    Add water and let cook until all the water disappears

  3. 3

    Add in the oil and keep stirring

  4. 4

    Add the onions till golden brown, then tomatoes

  5. 5

    Add in the salt to taste

  6. 6

    Serve as desired
