Boil the chicken well spiced.fry in vegetable oil.

Parboil the rice and rinse.

Fry the tomato paste,onion,thyme,curry,mixed spices,curry mix the parboiled rice with water and let it boil.add the star cubes,salt,chicken stock.After 15-20minutes taste for salt add if necessary
