Grate the cucumber and squeeze out as much liquid as possible so the tzatziki doesn't get watery.

Add the cucumber to the yogurt, then add the grated garlic and salt. Start adding the olive oil and vinegar.

Pour in the olive oil and mix until it's absorbed. Repeat this 3-4 times, then add the vinegar. Your tzatziki is ready!
