Ingredients

20 minutes
4-5 servings
  • 500 gmPotatoes
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil
  • 3-4green chillies slitted

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Slice the Potatoes and wash well

  2. 2

    Keep it in cold water for half and hour

  3. 3

    Now squeeze the water away

  4. 4

    Heat oil and fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix well
