1 handfulwhole garam masalas
1/4 cupcashew-raisins
To tastesalt and sugar

Heat oil and temper whole garam masalas

Now add the chopped fruits and vegetables,saute a minute or two

Add rice mix well adding salt

Add water and simmer till it is soft
