Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 2 bunchspinach
  • 1Brinjal sliced
  • 1Potato sliced
  • 1 handfullentil dumplings
  • 1 tspfive spices
  • 3green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add lentil dumplings and fry well

  3. 3

    Add veggies saute well till it is soft

  4. 4

    Add chopped Spinach and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Cover it till it is soft

  6. 6

    Add sugar and chopped coriander and serve
