Ingredients

  1. 3 PacketsChowmein
  2. 1 tspSoya Sauce
  3. 2 TspSalt for boiling Chow
  4. 1Chopped Onion
  5. 1 cupChopped Brocolli
  6. 1Chopped Carrot
  7. 1/4 cupChopped Beans
  8. 2Chopped Babycorn
  9. 1/2 cupchopped Red Capsicum
  10. 1/2 cupchopped Bell Peppers and Capsicum
  11. 5 pieceGarlic crushed
  12. 3Chopped Green Chillies
  13. 1/2 inchGrated Ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil Brocolli, Carrot and Babycorn for 4-5 mins in water. Drain and keep aside

  2. 2

    Heat 2 Tbsp of oil. Add the chopped green chilli, grated ginger and crushed garlic. Saute for 30 seconds and then add all the other vegetables in a pan.

  3. 3

    Fry them for 3-4 mins till they are soft. Add the boiled vegetables kept aside. Add 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 tbsp Soya Sauce, 1 Tsp Vinegar, salt according to taste, 1 Tsp Chilli Garlic Sauce, 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Sauce and mix them together in a pan.

    Add 1 tsp of cornflour mixed with half cup water to this concoction and pour it in the pan and mix all of them together till they come to a boil. Add more water to adjust the consistency of gravy.

    Keep the noodles boiled and strained - aside.
