Ingredients

  • 1 kgAmla grated
  • 1and half beetroot grated
  • 2and half katori sugar
  • Kala namak

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix grated Amla and beetroot and spread in sun in a tray for a day.

  2. 2

    Next day add sugar and mix and again spread in sun for almost 2-3 days.

  3. 3

    When lil moisture is left add kala namak and mix and dry thoroughly in sun.

  4. 4

    Keep in airtight container and it stays fresh for long.

Pls givs proper measurment u were nt mentioned beet root n sugar is in kilo gram aur measurment in katori pls clarify it
