2and half katori sugar

Steps

1

Mix grated Amla and beetroot and spread in sun in a tray for a day.

Next day add sugar and mix and again spread in sun for almost 2-3 days.

When lil moisture is left add kala namak and mix and dry thoroughly in sun.

Keep in airtight container and it stays fresh for long.
