  • 1 bundleSpinach
  • 400 gPilchards in tomato sauce
  • 1onion diced
  • Green pepper and red pepper diced
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbspAromat for taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop the spinach

    Clean your pilchards and mince it.

  3. 3

    Then add onion, peppers and aromat to your pilchards.

    Mix spinach, pilchards and Mayo. Then ready to eat.
