  • Puff pastry (Liz Ngugi's recipe)

Steps

  1. 1

    Roll out the puff pastry.

  2. 2

    Using a knife, cut the dough into triangular shapes.

    Roll the dough pieces towards the sharp edge as shown to form this croissant shape. Egg wash them and bake.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C till golden brown.
