1/2 cupBlended pepper
1 tbsBlended onions
1Maggi cbe
1 cupVegetable oil
1 tspsalt

Season meat little salt maggi and Onion with little water just to steam for 2minutes

Frydry the blended veggies with oil add to he maggi salt and crayfish
3

Put the beef and little water if needed and allow for more 10 minutes
