  • 1deep fried fish
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1 bunchdhania
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add onions to pan and cook until browned

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, salt and black pepper, cook until paste like

  3. 3

    Add 1/2 cup water, let it boil

  4. 4

    Add fish and cook a few minutes/until stew thckened

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with dhania before serving with ugali
