Steps

Firstly in a bowl take curd, amarnath flour and water and whisk well. Make a mixture.

Heat a pan, add ghee. Now add cumin seeds and curry leaves.

As both start crackles add ginger paste and chilli.

Now add peanut and saute for 30 sec.
- 5
Now add curd mixture, salt and cook it 4-5 min at low flame. Add green coriander. Mix well. Our peanut curry is ready.
