Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1whole chicken kienyeji
  • 4tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • Hoho

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into small sizes then boil till tender using garlic

  2. 2

    Fry onions till golden brown on a separate sufuria the add tomatoes, hoho and any other spice of your choice

  3. 3

    Mix the chicken and add salt.

  4. 4

    Cook for a few minutes and serve with Ugali
