Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 8 litresmilk
  2. 1/2 kgdates khajoor
  3. 300 gmskhus khus
  4. 100 gmsdhania ka magaz
  5. 4 kgsugar
  6. 1 kgalmonds & pistas(blanched & sliced)
  7. 15-20Cardamoms
  8. 10-15 strandskesar (optional soaked in hot milk)

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak khus khus overnight and grind it in small jar

  2. 2

    Dessed the dates & make 4 pieces. Boil milk by adding dates and reduce to half.

  3. 3

    Now add khus khus.Go on stirring.When the milk dries add dhaniya ka magaz ; dry fruits sugar; kesar and ghee.When sugar water dries

  4. 4

    Completely close the flame Garnish with sliced pistas and badams.

  5. 5

    You have to be very careful while making this sweet.
    Go on stirring continuously, as chances of getting burnt is there.

  6. 6

    This sweet can be kept in fridge for one month.Remove little add 1tbsp of milk and heat it.
