Select Saute' and add oil to the pot. When oil gets hot brown one half of the shoulder at a time, both sides, about 3 minutes a side. Remove and repeat for other half of shoulder. Remove shoulder from pot and set aside on a plate.

Add 1 cup BBQ sauce and water to pot and stir. Than add browned port shoulder to the pot along with any juice that may have collected while resting to the side on a plate.

Place lid on cooker and cook 75 minutes (Use meat button, add 15 minutes to time.) Once it beeps turn off cooker and do a natural release of pressure (20 minutes approx.)

Remove lid and take out the meat. Place meat on a plate or in a bowl and shred it, ridding any fat that may still be on it.

Strain the cooking liquid that remains in the pot and reserve a 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid, make sure the liquid is separated.

Place shredded pork back into pot with 1 cup of BBQ sauce and the reserved 1/2 cup of cooking liquid. Press Saute', bring to a simmer stirring frequently.

Serve on a bun or plate your choice.
