  • 1/2 kgpuffed rice
  • 1/4 cuppeanut
  • as neededcurry leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • To tasteChat masala
  • to tasteRed chilli powder(optional)
  • as neededRefind oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a kadhai add oil and fry peanut.after this cool it.

  2. 2

    Again take a kadhai add little oil and add puffed rice stir it after 4-5 min.add fry peanut, curry leaves,salt,red chilli powder stir it..when puffed rice cooked.off the flame then add chaat masala...ready spicy puffed rice..healthy
