Firstly take out the leaves of sarsoo after wash boil it now transfer it in a jar and grind it well

Now take a wok add ghee heat it now add garlic fry it add onion fry it add tomatoes And green chilli mix it

Lastly add sarsoo saag in it and mix well

Serve it with chapattis
