Steps

Take water in a soup pot. Add chicken, carrot, onion, ginger, garlic, black pepper powder, salt and boil for 10 minutes.

Take everything out of the pot. Strain the stock.

Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add garlic and green chilli. Fry till little brown. Add the boiled chicken, carrot, onion, ginger, garlic and fry for a while. Now add the chicken stock and bring the mixture to a boil.

Meanwhile, take cornflour in a bowl and add a cup of water. Mix it well.

Add the cornflour to the boiling mixure. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Next add soya sauce and stir. Add coriander leaves and spring onion. Cover it.

Ready is the Chicken Soup to be served hot mixed with a pinch of black pepper powder.
