Heat the oil in a pan and fry kathal till light brown.

Now heat 3 tsp oil and add onion paste and ginger garlic paste. Saute on a medium flame till they turn golden.

Now add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt mix again and begin saute tomato on a low to medium flame.

Saute the masala then sprinkle some water and continue to saute.

Now add kathal.

Cook Kathal ki sabzi 4-5 min.

Lastly add chopped coriander leaves.

Serve kathal ki sabzi with chapattis.
