Take fine semolina,curd whisked with ginger chilli paste in a mixture

Add semolina and mix well keep for 10 mints for semolina puff up

Keep water to boil in a vessel put a jali stand inside it tum in flame cover it

As the batter puff up add salt sugar powder and eno fruit salt and mix well

Take a container for making.g double grease with oil put the better in it tap and make it even

As water boils put the skills container in it cover and cook 20 mints

When ready take out the container keep on jali stand to cool

Once cold off takeout off with help of knife then keep in plate

For tempering heat team pan put oil add mustard seeds curry leaves green chilli put tdka over dhokla

Rava dhokla is ready serve with peanut chutney coconut chtuny
