1/ 2 kg plums
2 cupsugar
2 cupwater
1 tbspcinnamon

Wash and peel off the plums

Cut them into small cubes

In a sufuria add all the ingredients and put it on fire
4

Cook at a low heat until it's ready then remove from the heat and let it cool
5

It should be used within a period of two weeks because it has no preservative
