Ingredients

2 servings
  1. Bread left over
  2. 2Ball pepper
  3. Onion half bulb
  4. 2Egg
  5. 2Fresh tomatoes
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 1Sardine
  8. 1 tablespoonGrandnut Oil
  9. Fresh curry leaves (a handful)
  10. 1 cubeMaggi,

Cooking Instructions

    Grate or chop pepper, onion & tomatoes together & set aside

    In a bowl, break egg & whisk properly...

  3. 3

    Open up sardine, remove fish from the oil, set aside.

  4. 4

    In a tray, cut out of shred the bread left over into pieces

  5. 5

    Wash fresh curry leaves, chop and set aside.

  6. 6

    Set fry pan on fire, measure in 1 tbspoon G.oil, allow to get hot.

    Pour in the grated or chopped pepper, onion & tomatoes

  8. 8

    Stir fry for 2 mins, then add the sardine and stir fry again for about 3 mins, add Maggi, salt & egg then stir together for abt 5 mins.

    Add chopped curry leaves, cover for 2 mins....open and add your p bread left over, stir fry for 5 mins

  10. 10

    Cover for 2 mins then remove from heat...& serve hot with tea or juice
