Ingredients

  • 2 cupbesan
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1grated carrot
  • 1green chilli
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 2-3 spooncurd
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put besan,onion,green chilli,red chilli powder,salt,curd,ajwain,carrot and water make a batter.

  2. 2

    Add oil on tawa,pour this batter and shallow fry from both sides

  3. 3

    Cut into pieces serve hot with tomato sauce.
