4(6 - 8 ounce) mahi mahi fillets
1 1/2 teaspoonslemon juice
1 clovegarlic, minced
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonpepper
1 1/2 tablespoonsbasil
3 tablespoonsbutter
3 tablespoonsolive oil
