  1. 1/4yam
  2. 1/2ts garlic and ginger
  3. 1/2Onion
  4. to tasteSeasoning and salt
  5. 4eggs
  6. Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled your yam for 10 to 15mins

  2. 2

    Cut off as any shape of you wish

  3. 3

    Beat your eggs into a bowl

  4. 4

    Add all your seasonings into the bowl

  5. 5

    Mix them all together

  6. 6

    Add an vegetable oil in a pan

  7. 7

    And then put the yam into the egg

  8. 8

    After that...

  9. 9

    Fry the yam

  10. 10

    As with pepper or sauce
