Prepare your ingredients; slice the onion and cut the capsicum

In a large bowl put all your eggs and beat them till foamy add salt

Then add the sliced onion and capsicum into the eggs mix

Add your fries/chips in the egg mixture let it mix thouroughly

Prepare your pan put oil let it heat up and then add the egg chips mixture

Let it cook on one side till ready flip over carefully with another plate and turn it upside down so the other side can cook as well

Return on the heat and let it cook till its ready on the other side too 😋 serve and Enjoy
