I love trying out new things in the kitchen, so while preparing lunch just told myself why not try mixing all thesr ingredients and see what comes out, lucky me the cabbage tastes heavenly. You should try this and I bet you'll not be disappointed. Enjoy 😋

I love trying out new things in the kitchen, so while preparing lunch just told myself why not try mixing all thesr ingredients and see what comes out, lucky me the cabbage tastes heavenly. You should try this and I bet you'll not be disappointed. Enjoy 😋
Steps
- 1
Cut your cabbage thinly and set aside.
- 2
Cut your hoho into stripes or you can just crate them and set aside.
- 3
Crate carrots into stripes as well and set aside.
- 4
Wash your dhania very well and cut off the roots only, then cut them finely.
- 5
Cut 1onion into stripes and set aside.
- 6
Mix all the above ingredients together.
- 7
In a sufuria fry the other onion until translucent, then add in tumeric and salt. Fry for a minute before adding in the cabbage.
- 8
Add in your cabbage while staring so that the onions don't get burned.
- 9
Keep on stiring and after 3 minutes, put off the flame and cover the sufuria with a lid for 1 or 2 minutes to allow all the flavors marry with each other.
- 10
Serve with your desired protein and starch. Enjoy😋😋
