Take a bowl and use a packet of mtr instant mix add little amount of water in it mixed it well with water. Add water slowly until u get a dough at non sticky substance.Keep it aside for 10 to 15 mix to dhough get ready for preparation.

Now take 1/2 kg sugar in pan on a stove keep the flame in medium add 1/2 kg water into the bowl.add the sugar into it. Mixed well in stove until it gets into a thin rod substance.Dont get over boil because it will be hard while soaking.

Turn Off the stove and add elachi into it.Prefreably use grind elachi for better taste.now the sugar jeera is ready.

Now ready to make a Jamun balls.Split the dhough into equal amount of small pieces and rotate the dough with hands.for 1/2 kg we may get 25 to 30 small balls shown in the picture.

Take a pan and add 1/2 litre of refined oil. Keep the flame in medium so that the Jamun balls will fried well in inside. Keep fry until it turns into medium brown. Take it away after it turns into brown keep it in a separate vessel.once you fried soak all the jamun balls into sugar jeera.

Keep it soaked for 6 to 8 hours... Serve the tasty Gulab Jamun....
