Boil potato and mash them,chop tomato and coriander

Now in a pan add oil,heat it,put cumin

Now add tomato,salt and red chilli,turmeric,oriandr and mix it

Cook till 2 minutes add 2 ups of water

Add aloo and coriander and mix it,let it boil on low flame for 5 minutes it's ready
