Ingredients

1 kgfish finger boneless
2Egg
Oil for frying
to tasteSalt
Bread crumbs as required
1 tbspChili sauce
1 tspMustard powder
1 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspBlack pepper
1 tspGarlic powder

Steps

Marinate fish with above ingredients except egg bread crumbs.

Leave it for 2 hours.

Now dip fish fingers in egg and coat in bread crumbs. Deep fry in oil.
