Ingredients

  • Daal mash halfkg
  • Baking soda
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt as required
  • Ginger half inch piece
  • 1Onions
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 kgYougert
  • Home made Chat masala
  • Immli chatni for garnish
  • pinchSour salt
  • 1 tbspSugar
  • Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add washed daal and water soak for 4 to 5 hours then separate water

  2. 2

    Then place it in food processor and grind add ginger and chopped onions as well

  3. 3

    Then add red chilli powder, salt and baking soda then freeze for 10 to 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Then take a plastic shopping bag and place the little amount of batter on it then pour it in oil

  5. 5

    Fry it until golden brown then in a container add warm water then put them in this water and press and separate water

    Then for yougert beat it well add sugar and mix

  7. 7

    For preparing chat masala take same amount of zeera, salute dhaniya, round cayyenis and salt roast them and then grind then put aside

  8. 8

    Then add the barai in yougert and then pour imagine chains and chat masala then serve
